Ask us to remove your profile and everything in it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.
Deleting cannot be undone. We remove your profile, every answer you gave us, and any photographs you sent. Nothing can be brought back afterwards.
If you only want to stop being shown to other members for a while, that is a different thing and it is reversible. Call us on 0315 786 9000 and ask us to deactivate your account instead. Everything is kept, and we switch it back on whenever you say.
Your request goes straight to our office. A member of our team will call you to check it is really you, and then carry the deletion out by hand. We do it this way on purpose: an account that could be wiped by one accidental tap is not safe.
Staff call notes about your case are kept, because they are our record of how your enquiry was handled. Everything else goes.
Fill in enough for us to find you and to know it is you. Your name and a phone number are the least we need.
You can ask us to delete your account by calling 0315 786 9000, by messaging us on WhatsApp, or by writing to support@shadibiahadmin.com. Any of those works just as well as this form. Customer support is open 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (PKT), Monday to Saturday.
